PT. Artha Permai Kencana, as the Authorised Distributor of Mobil Lubricants for East Java region of Indonesia, recently upgraded for ISO 9001:2015. We have been implemented a management system ISO 9001 version 2008 since 2013. On June 20^th, 2016, we qualified for ISO 9001 Version 2015.This certification means we have successfully meet the needs to demonstrate our ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, and aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.

The application of the quality management system ISO 9001 version 2015 includes the process of purchasing from principal and distribute accordingly as well as ensure its genuine. Delivery of the latest information and handle complaints quickly and precisely are targeted as well documented is also our goal in the application of the quality management system ISO 9001 version 2015.
