MECHANIC TRAINING 2017
The role of Mechanic is an important part of workshop. Many workshops compete to provide the best quality service. One of the best services are provided to customer is mechanical service to customers. Based on this background, PT.Artha Permai Kencana held specifically mechanic training road show event to training mechanic about benefit and performance of MOBIL Products and to deliver training of Customer Service Excellent.
In April 2017, PT.Artha Permai Kencana held mechanic training road show event in Malang, Kediri, and Surabaya. The event was held from April 13, 2017 in Malang, April 17, 2017 in Kediri, May 02, 2017, May 03, 2017 and May 04, 2017 in Surabaya . The event was attended by the mechanic from several cities in East Java . The event aims to provide training to mechanics and to strengthen relationship between distributor and customer.
Moreover, we deliver training of customer service excellent. Customer Service excellence is a training to provide the best service to customer according to customer characteristics. Customer Service Excellent aims to help improve the mechanical service to customer so that can help increase sales in workshop. Last but not the least, we educate about benefit and performance of MOBIL Products.
