MECHANIC TRAINING 2016

Mechanic has been important role in car workshop. Many workshop are competing to provide the best quality service to customer. One of the best services are providing customer its best mechanical services. Based on this background, PT.Artha Permai Kencana (APK) held specifically mechanic training road show event to train mechanics about the benefit and performance of MOBIL Products and, deliver training of Customer Service Excellent.

In April 2016, APK held mechanic training road show event in Malang, Kediri, and Surabaya. The event was held from April 11 & 12, in Surabaya,  April 14 in Malang and April 16 in  Kediri . The event was attended by the mechanic from several cities in East Java . The event aims to provide training to mechanics as well as to strengthen relationship between distributor and customer.

At the event, we also deliver training of customer service excellent. Customer Service excellence is a training to provide the best service to customer according to customer characteristics. Customer Service Excellent aims to help improve the mechanical service to customer so that can help increase sales in workshop.
