In 2013, PT Artha Permai Kencana held Medium Fleet Seminar events. The event was held on 9 November 2013 at Grand City Surabaya Diamond room. The event was attended by representatives of various transport companies in East Java. At the event, we provide education and knowledge of the Mobil Delvac lubricants as well as the efficiency of the user.
